Weekends in Miami......

I have never done a post about Miami which has great options for hanging out on weekends, but one of my favorite things to do is to be on Lincoln Road on Sundays and if it happens to be a Sunday with the antiques market road show( check out the dates here http://www.antiquecollectiblemarket.com) everyone wants be there as well.....You can find a great variety of objects from all over the world....

TAHUN 2012 PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR NAIK

Sudah bukan rahasia umum bahwa pemasukan negara terhadap pajak kendaraan bermotor sangat besar bisa mencapai triliunan rupiah. Mulai dari kendaraan baru, perpanjangan STNK, pajak tahunan dsb.

Pajak kendaraan bermotor dipastikan akan ada penyesuaian tarif mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2012, hal itu atas dasar mulai diberlakukannya Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 13 Tahun 2011, tentang Pajak Daerah.

Penyesuaian tarif ini dikatakan, Drs. H Bambang Heryanti MSI, Kepala Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Jawa Barat, untuk kendaraan bermotor pribadi kepemilikan pertama naik sebesar 1.75 persen, angkutan umum naik 1 persen dan tarif pajak kendaraan bermotor alat berat dan alat-alat besar mengalami kenaikan 0.2 persen dari nilai jual kendaraan bermotor.

Sementara untuk kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor pribadi kedua dan seterusnya berdasarkan atas nama dan alamat yang sama ditetapkan secara progresif seperti PKB Kepemilikan kedua sebesar 2.25 persen, ketiga 2.75 persen, Keempat 3.35 persen dan kelima 3.75 persen.

Sedangkan untuk kendaraan bermotor pemerintah, pemda, tni dan polri, ambulans, pemadam kebakaran, sosial keagamaan, lembaga sosial dan keagamaan sebesar 0.5 persen.

Makanya jangan KAGET kalo bayar pajak motor pasti naik apalagi yang punya motornya lebih dari satu ...

did you hear? tangerine is the it color of 2012. a fabulous hue that marries the radiant and vivacious heat of red, but with a warm, friendly-vibe, thanks to a touch of yellow.

orange shades have always been colors i like to look at, but honestly rarely wore. as 2011 progressed, though, i began to take more risks, like wearing red nail polish and ballet flats, as well as purchased my need-a-new-color-bag-i-don't-own-for-fall handbag...

clearly i made a fabulous choice. this deep-hued orange tote not only is one of my faves {i love this bag}, but the pop of color it adds to every ensemble is perfect!

some may see orange or tangerine as a risky color, but more than that, it's a cheerful one without going into kiddie territory. and yes, much to my pink-is-and-will-always-be-my-favorite-color self, i enjoy how looking at it lifts my mood. take, for example, Butter London's fab Jaffa, on my nails {above} ~ love it! ~ it looks good on both hands and feet and is the perfect way to introduce this "it" shade into your lifestyle.
